What to expect after applying
The service provider will review your application and supporting documentation, if required, to make sure your application is complete. The application will then be forwarded to Oregon Lifeline to verify your eligibility and confirm you are not already receiving Lifeline service from another service provider. Once verified, you will receive a letter in the mail indicating the status of your application.
If your application is approved, expect three to four weeks from the time your application was submitted to receive free Lifeline service.
