If you are already receiving Lifeline service, but you want to change to a different service provider, call 800-848-4442 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., or send an email.
To maintain the free Lifeline service, you must make a call, send a text, use data, or buy additional minutes or data at least once every 30 days. If you do not, you are at risk of having the free Lifeline service canceled.
You may be required to recertify your ongoing eligibility for Oregon Lifeline each year. You may receive a form from Oregon Lifeline to complete and sign.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) manages the Affordable Connectivity Program, formerly known as the Emergency Broadband Benefit program. Not to be confused with Oregon Lifeline, the Affordable Connectivity Program provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible low-income households and up to $75 per month for eligible low-income households on qualifying Tribal lands through participating service providers.
