Getting Started: New Grantees

New grantees or grantees that have never received funds from the Youth Development Division must first be setup in a number of Oregon Department of Education (ODE) systems prior to requesting or receiving any funds. Within a week of ODE receiving your formally executed grant agreement your assigned grant manager will contact you to setup a meeting. During and after that meeting ongoing communication will occur between you and your grant manager. This includes informing you, the grantee, which forms you need to fill out and submit. The awarded grantee will be contacted for more information or clarification as needed. The awarded grantee will be assigned a login account for the Electronic Grants Management System (EGMS) and SM Apply, our grant reporting tool.
