Oregon Prescription Drug Program Northwest Prescription Drug Consortium
All Oregonians may participate in the OPDP's prescription medication discount program.

Still need help?

Sometimes even OPDP’s discount isn’t enough to make a prescription drug affordable.

If that’s the case for you, see if SIRUM Charitable Pharmacy carries your drug.

  • If SIRUM carries your drug, fill out a patient form (English) (Spanish). SIRUM will ask your provider for your prescription and send the completed prescription to your home.
  • Eligible patients for SIRUM are those who 1) do not have insurance or 2) cannot afford their copays/deductibles.
  • SIRUM Charitable Pharmacy fills prescriptions for uninsured and underinsured Oregonians and operates completely with donated medicine under Oregon’s Charitable Prescription Drug Program (ORS 689.770).

If you still have questions call Amy Chen at 650-843-9584.

Together, Oregon and Washington's Prescription Drug Programs form the Northwest Prescription Drug Consortium. Through the combined purchasing power of the Consortium, both states have benefited from substantial savings on their purchases of prescription medications. The Consortium also offers unique opportunities for shared efficiencies, reducing each program's administrative cost.

Public and private sector group pharmacy benefit plans may join the OPDP and experience the advantage of the Consortium Contract including full transparency, competitive pricing and guaranteed high quality services.
