All Board meetings except Executive Sessions are open to the Public.
Pursuant to ORS 192.660, Executive Sessions are closed. The Board does not take final actions in Executive Session. When action is necessary, the Board or Committee will return to an open Public Meeting. By statute, Executive Sessions are open to news media and public officials.

Written Submissions
The OMB respectfully requests that you submit 20 collated copies of written materials and an electronic copy of material provided to staff 24 hours prior to the meeting. Persons making presentations are asked to contact committee staff 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Teleconferences
Pursuant to ORS 192.670, all teleconference meetings are available for listening at the OMB Offices.
