The Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training provides access to all public records through a singular source. Records related to Criminal Justice constituent certification and training can be found in our CJ IRIS system. Criminal Justice Records consists of certification and training records for Police Officers, Corrections Officers, Parole and Probation Officers, Regulatory Specialists (OLCC), Telecommunicators, and Emergency Medical Dispatchers. Records include the officer's training, employment, certification, and education history.
Criminal Justice Officer records can be accessed through our Information Resource Inquiry System (Criminal Justice IRIS). Data contained is updated nightly and is intended to assist DPSST constituents and members of the public by providing 24/7 access to commonly requested information.
