Qualified ESCOs

The Energy Service Companies below have been qualified by the Oregon Department of Energy to perform services for state agencies ("Contracting Agencies").

The fact that an Energy Service Company is included as qualified on the list is not intended as an endorsement of that company.

Contracting Agencies

The Oregon Department of Energy is not responsible for or involved in the follow-on procurement and contracting processes of Contracting Agencies for Energy Analyst services.

Consequently, Contracting Agencies must still comply with, and a prequalified entity must still participate in any follow-on procurement processes applicable to the Contracting Agency for the performance of Energy Savings Performance Contracting services.

Contracting Agencies are not relieved from complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Contracting Agency's procurement rules.

To view current ODOE opportunities, log in to OregonBuys and click "Open Bids" at the bottom of the Home page. ODOE issues a Request for Qualification for ESCOs approximately every 2 years.
