Energy Analysts

The Energy Analysts below have been qualified by the Oregon Department of Energy to perform energy analysis and services for state buildings implementing the State Energy Efficient Design program requirements. Energy Analyst services are required for Class 1 building projects. State agencies should only select persons or firms that are qualified to perform energy consumption analyses. SEED Program Guideline Appendix C lists the minimum qualifications for energy analysts. If an entity is not listed below, that entity may only perform work as a SEED Energy Analyst after review and approval from ODOE by submitting the Class 1 Building Energy Analyst Qualifications Form with associated documentation.

The fact that An Energy Analyst Firm is included as qualified on the list is not intended as an endorsement of that company.

State Agencies ("Contracting Agencies")

The Oregon Department of Energy is not responsible for or involved in the follow-on procurement and contracting processes of Contracting Agencies for Energy Analyst services.

Consequently, Contracting Agencies must still comply with, and a prequalified entity must still participate in any follow-on procurement processes applicable to the Contracting Agency for the performance of Energy Analyst services.

Contracting Agencies are not relieved from complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Contracting Agency's procurement rules.

Energy Analyst Companies

ODOE issues a Request for Qualification for Energy Analyst Companies approximately every two years.

Energy Analysts for State Buildings
