The Oregon Landscape Contractors Board (LCB) licenses landscape contracting businesses and landscape construction professionals working throughout Oregon. The agency protects consumers by regulating landscape construction work and ensuring that licensed contractors meet state requirements for quality, safety, and accountability.

The LCB Office will be closed Friday, June 3, 2026 in observance of the holiday.

Notice to Licensees and Applicants: New surety bond requirements went into effect January 1, 2026.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL LICENSEES ABOUT WRITTEN CONTRACTS: New minimum contract standards went into effect January 2, 2024. Please see the Contracts Requirements page for further information.
