On-Demand Courses

Workday Learning

The Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC) is pleased to offer FREE on-demand courses via Workday Learning.  Training modules through Workday Learning are short, focused and convenient courses that can be accessed at a time and place of your choosing.  These courses cover subject matters that are within the jurisdiction of the OGEC:
 

1)  Government Ethics Law - ORS Chapter 244 / OAR Chapter 199
2)  Lobby Regulation Law - ORS 171.725 - 171.785, 171.792; and
3)  Executive Session provisions of Public Meetings Law - ORS Chapter 192.660 and 192.685

Whether you are a public official or a private citizen, anyone with an e-mail address can register to take courses through Workday Learning at NO COST.  Once you have established an account in Workday Learning, you can access training from any internet-connected computer.
 
Workday Learning allows you to sign-up for online training courses and keeps a record of the modules you have completed.  Plus, online training allows you to reduce travel time, save on training costs and creates flexibility by delivering the training at a time and place that is convenient for you.

Creating an Account & Registration

If you are not a state employee, you will need to create an Extended Enterprise Learner account to be able to access our on-demand trainings.

Non-State Employee Workday Learning Registration

If you do not need to be a state employe to have an Oregon Workday Learning account.
To create an account, you will need to provide your name, email address, and phone number. 
Please select State of Oregon in the Affiliation menu.

Workday Processes

Once you are logged into Workday Learning, you can sign-up and enroll for the courses you wish to take.
