Training Registration: Estacada Fire District

Estacada Fire District Government Ethics Law Training

On September 29, 2025, OGEC trainers are providing an in-person training on Oregon Government Ethics Law for the Estacada Fire District. Public officials from any public body are welcome to attend.Please register using the form below.

This 2.5 hour training is live and interactive. There will be examples and time for questions and discussion. It covers topics in ORS Chapter 192 OAR Chapter 199, including:

  1. the individual responsibilities of governing body members,

  2. how the statutes apply to holding a public meeting,

  3. a general overview of executive session provisions,

  4. and a step-by-step look at the grievance process.


Participants who stay for the entirety of the training will meet the training requirement in ORS 192.700. Certificates of completion will be emailed within a week of the training.
