Conference of Local Health Officials meets November 19

What: The monthly public meeting of the Conference of Local Health Officials (CLHO).

Agenda: Subcommittee appointments; Communicable Disease Committee update; COVID-19 fee-for-service reimbursement proposal; future planning for Public Health Modernization; COVID-19 response check-in. The agenda is subject to change. It is posted with meeting materials on the CLHO website before the meeting. There is no public comment period during this meeting.

When: Thursday, Nov. 19, 9:30-11 a.m.

Where: Via Zoom. All attendees must register before attending.

Background: The Conference of Local Health Officials provides recommendations to the Oregon Health Authority on the foundational capabilities and programs and any other public health program or activity under ORS 431.147. (ORS 431.340)

Everyone has a right to know about and use Oregon Health Authority (OHA) programs and services. OHA provides free help. Some examples of the free help OHA can provide are:

  • Sign language and spoken language interpreters.
  • Written materials in other languages.
  • Braille.
  • Large print.
  • Audio and other formats.
