Conference of Local Health Officials meets May 16 in Portland, Salem

What: The monthly public meeting of the Conference of Local Health Officials (CLHO).

Agenda: Assuring Access to Reproductive Health Services program element; public health accountability opioid metric input; universally-offered nurse home visiting update; CLHO Prevention and Health Promotion Subcommittee update (tobacco prevention and education funding, future overdose prevention funding update).

Agenda is subject to change and is posted with meeting materials on the CLHO website at http://www.oregonclho.org/ prior to meeting.

When: May 16, 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Where: Portland State Office Building Room 1E, 800 NE Oregon Street, Portland; and Local Government Center, 1201 Court Street NE, Salem. No conference call option is available for the public.

Background: The Conference of Local Health Officials provides recommendations to the Oregon Health Authority on the foundational capabilities and programs and any other public health program or activity under ORS 431.147. (ORS 431.340)
