Complaint of Violation

Oregon's Indoor Clean Air Act requires nearly all indoor workplaces to be completely smoke- and vapor-free. In addition, smoking and vaping are not allowed within 10 feet of doorways, windows that open, and ventilation intakes.

If a person or business is violating the state rule, violations should be reported to the Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration by visiting Please read Indoor and Outdoor Masking FAQs here.
