You are critical partners and trusted messengers. Help us reach people receiving the following benefits where they are and in ways they prefer:
- Oregon Health Plan
- Long-term care services and supports
- SNAP food benefits
In preparation for the end of the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE), partners can:
Remind people receiving benefits to verify or update their contact information or report any changes:
Encourage people receiving benefits to watch for and open mail from the state and respond to any requests for information quickly.

Toolkit available for preparing for federal COVID-19 emergency to end
The toolkit provides background information and outreach resources to support partners as they help people receiving medical and non-medical benefits prepare for possible changes when the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) ends.
How can we stay informed?
Register for our monthly partner webinar series to learn more about how the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) are working together to prepare for the end of the national COVID-19 PHE with the goal of preserving benefits for individuals and families.
