How to Compare Plans
Search by your county's name
- Click the filter
icon at the top of the
table below, then click "Counties."
- Type in the name of your county, then click "Add filter."
- CCOs that serve your county will have your county listed in the "Counties" field.
Make sure the CCO serves your ZIP code
- "All ZIP codes" means the CCO serves the whole county.
- If certain ZIP codes are listed for your county, this means the CCO serves
only those ZIP codes.
Review CCO materials
- To find CCO providers, view the CCO’s Provider Directory. You can search for specific providers by name, specialty or location.
- View the CCO’s Member Handbook. You can learn about the services the CCO provides and how to access them.
