The quality of affordable housing properties and the lives of low-income Oregonians that live in them are enhanced by OHCS' funding and mandated monitoring policies and practices.

OHCS Asset Management staff works to ensure funded properties through programs listed below, are maintained in decent, safe and sanitary condition and that ongoing program compliance is in place to provide the right housing to the right residents.
