CDBG-DR grants are subject to Title I of the HCD Act (42 U.S.C. Section 5301 et seq.), which governs all CDBG programs. Grantees are also subject to the CDBG regulations at 24 CFR Part 570, unless modified by waivers and alternative requirements included in the applicable Federal Register Notice. CDBG-DR grantees must also comply with the applicable requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, which provides the federal government's guidance on administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements.
