OHCS is required to provide the following information on this website per provisions within SB 1536 (2022):
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is required to post dates, counties affected, and information about relevant programs landlords may use to provide adequate cooling to tenants during extreme heat events. 

OHCS does not provide legal advice and is not the arbiter of landlord-tenant disputes.
