What is OYA?

Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) is Oregon's state juvenile justice agency.

OYA provides safe environments and opportunities for rehabilitation for youth ages 12 through 24 who are committed to our custody by the courts.

Typically, youth in OYA foster care are 14-20 years old.
