​OSPS user forums

OSPS hosts quarterly user forums to share major application changes and new processes and provide guest speakers on payroll-related issues.
Past forum guest speakers have included representatives from PERS, PEBB, IRS, The Standard Insurance Company, Social Security Administration and many others.
We announce Forum agendas before each meeting in our electronic newsletter, OSPS E-News and the OSPS Newsletter, published quarterly. If you miss the announcement, please call the OSPS Helpdesk at (503) 378-6777, option zero, we will be happy to fill you in. 
We encourage every agency payroll staff member, and fiscal or personnel staff with payroll functions, to join us at each forum.

Location and time  

OSPA User Forums normally start at 2 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Employment Building, 875 Union St. NE in Salem.
Employees who are unable to attend in person may participate through an Adobe Connect virtual meeting and teleconference option.


2020 Forum dates​

Our OSPA processing calendar includes forum dates.  For your convenience upcoming forum dates are:


  • Monday, January 13, 2020
  • Wednesday, April 15, 2020  - ​In accordance with Executive Order initiative Stay Home, Save Lives, the April OSPS Users' Forum has been canceled.  OSPS staff are working to bring you forum in a different format.  Please watch for an eNews to be sent in the near future with date, time and additional details. 
  • Wednesday, July 15, 2020 - The July forum has been canceled.  Please watch for an eNews to be sent with topics that were going to be discussed.
