OSPS User Forums

In preparation for the transition to Workday Payroll, OSPS and the Workday Payroll Project Team worked together to host monthly user forums to share major application changes, new processes, and provide guest speakers an opportunity to discuss payroll related issues.

Led by the Workday Payroll Project Team, the monthly forums included updates on the Workday Project, OSPS updates, as well as information from guest speakers. Guest speakers included representatives from PERS, PEBB, IRS, The Standard Insurance Company, Social Security Administration, and many others.

Forum agendas are announced before each meeting through the e-newsletter, OSPS E-News. If you miss the announcement, please feel free to email the OSPS Help Desk to be subscribed.

We encourage every agency payroll staff member, and fiscal or personnel staff with payroll functions to join each forum.

Location and Time

Forums are hosted virtually on a monthly basis via Microsoft Teams
