Employee Growth

For many employees, the sixth month celebrates their Trial Service completion.  At this point, the employee will have demonstrated the ability to perform the work and proven qualifications and fitness for the position. Upon successfully concluding this phase, it is important that the manager and employee continue open lines of communication including regular check-ins with feedback and goal setting. Focus should be on career development and employee growth.
