ePayroll Availability

ePayroll (ePaystub and eTime) is available 24/7 except during short maintenance periods. If the website is unavailable for an extended period, please email osps.epaystub@oregon.gov.

ePayroll for Transferring or Separating Employees

If you transfer between agencies you’ll need to update your email address on your profile if you are using your work email address.

If you use a personal email address, nothing needs to be updated.

When you leave state service you lose access to ePayroll. If you need copies of paystubs after that time, please contact your former agency payroll office.
