The CERTA Program in housing projects
The CERTA program supports efforts to reduce Oregon's greenhouse gas emissions and create benefits such as lower utility costs, increased housing production, and improved health. CERTA funds projects that reduce emissions in areas like transportation, buildings and materials, landfills, and food waste. Individuals, businesses, local governments, community-based organizations, and the nine federally recognized Tribes in Oregon may qualify for CERTA support. Eligibility depends on the type of project.
CERTA programs may support parts of housing development that increase efficiency while protecting human and environmental health.
