Health Evidence Review Commission's Report
The 2025 Biennial Report includes the Prioritized List of Health Services line rankings that will be in effect during the 2026 calendar year. HERC continues to use the methodology for prioritization first established with the January 2008 list and the use of evidence of clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness in making changes to the list. Beginning January 1, 2026, pending approval of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Lines 1-470 of this new list will be funded in accordance with the current Medicaid demonstration waiver (Line 470 on the 2026 list equates to Line 475 on the 2016-17 list).
