OHP's local health plans are called coordinated care organizations or
CCOs. Except for extra services and pharmacies, all CCOs offer the same OHP benefits. See the
table below to learn about the CCOs available where you live.
More plan choices in the Portland area
OHP members in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties can now choose between two CCO plans: Health Share of Oregon and Trillium Community Health Plan. Find more information about each plan below.
