The Temporary Staffing Agency Program under the Health Licensing Office (HLO) has filed proposed rules with the Oregon Secretary of State. The proposed rule language begins the licensing process for the program mandated by Senate Bill 1549 (2022).
The proposed rules will be published in the May 2023, Oregon Bulletin.
You are invited to review the proposed rules and submit comments from May 1, 2023, through 10 a.m. on May 31, 2023. To submit your comments by way of email, send to Anne Thompson at: anne.p.thompson@oha.oregon.gov.

A public rule hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 9 to 10 a.m.

Permanent administrative rules are anticipated to become effective on July 1, 2023.
