The Temporary Staffing Agency Program under the Health Licensing Office (HLO) has filed proposed rules with the Oregon Secretary of State. The proposed rule language makes changes to the program mandated by House Bill 2665 (2023).
The proposed rules have been published in the August 2023, Oregon Bulletin.
You are invited to review the proposed rules and submit comments through 9 a.m. on September 7, 2023. To submit your comments by way of email, send to Anne Thompson at: anne.p.thompson@oha.oregon.gov.
