OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center is a 167-bed hospital in Hillsboro, Oregon. Hillsboro Medical Center primarily serves the urban western portion of the Portland metropolitan area as well as the rural communities in western Washington County. Under the OHSU Health banner, their care extends to community clinics and hospitals throughout Oregon.

Hillsboro Medical Center is a member of the Healthy Columbia Willamette Collaborative, a collaboration between 15 hospitals, four public health agencies and two Coordinated Care Organizations in the Portland metropolitan area. Through that partnership, Hillsboro Medical Center participates in the Healthy Columbia Willamette Collaborative regional Community Health Needs Assessment and the Washington County Community Health Improvement Plan.
