Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center is a 115-bed hospital located in Gresham, Oregon, that was founded in 1959. Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center primarily serves the eastern portion of Multnomah county including Gresham, Troutdale, and Corbett as well as the northern portion of Clackamas county including Estacada, Sandy, and communities on the southwest flank of Mount Hood.
Legacy Mount Hood is a member of the Healthy Columbia Willamette Collaborative, a collaboration between fifteen hospitals, four public health agencies, and two Coordinated Care Organizations in the Portland metropolitan area. Through that partnership, Legacy Emanuel participates in the Healthy Columbia Willamette Collaborative regional Community Health Needs Assessment.
