MAPP is an interactive process that can improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and ultimately the performance of local public health systems.

It offers over 7,000 pages of practical guidance in creating change and improvement, with a focus on specific practical skills – such as conducting a meeting, grant writing, strategic planning, community assessment – that help create conditions for health and human development.
