This is a monthly meeting convened by the Oregon Multi-CoC (OMC) HMIS Governance Committee for the purpose of assisting the administrator (OHCS) in communicating information and developing site protocols for planning and design that impact the OMC HMIS site. Angela Mullins discussed the importance of interims in HMIS.

Many users are unaware of how and why to use interims.

Interims are needed to update client data after project entry and maintain accurate timestamps.

OHCS may offer training and provide guides to help users understand the process.

The OHCS Confluence Interims guide was shared.

Users can now download multiple reports at once and navigate results more easily.

Cory Hackstedt from CSC has submitted a session proposal for the NHSDC Conference in the spring.
