HMIS Meeting Materials Feb. 9, 2026

This is a monthly meeting convened by the Oregon Multi-CoC (OMC) HMIS Governance Committee for the purpose of assisting the administrator (OHCS) in communicating information and developing site protocols for planning and design that impact the OMC HMIS site. Participating Continuums of Care (CoC) include OR-502, OR-503, OR-504, and OR-505.

Meeting Minutes

Minutes from previous meeting (Jan. 12) were approved and seconded.

New Quad Squad Administrative Team Member Introduction

  • Chair - Kenneth Thompson
    • Data Coordinator in Tillamook County for 9 years.
    • Handles data cleanup, reporting, and coordination.

HMIS Solutions Project Status Report

  • Budget: $4.2 million
  • Timeline: Started April 2025, goal to finish by December 2027.

OR-505 BoS Provider Name Update in Community Services

  • HMIS name changed from "ROCC" to OC3 (Oregon Community Continuum of Care)

ICF Contract with OHCS

  • OHCS has a new contract with ICF to help OHCS clarify roles and responsibilities.

Database Cleanup Work with WellSky

  • OHCS is working with WellSky to remove old or incorrect data.
    • The goal is to purge data older than 7 years and unrelated to OMC.
    • This will make the system faster and cleaner before migration.

Announcements/Updates

  • Reporting Deadlines:
    • SPMs submissions open from 2/2/26 - 3/4/26
      • Agencies should clean up data using EVA reports.
      • Common data issues:
        • Income tracking, disabilities, and duplicate entries.
