Past Public Meeting Notices
Location: All meetings are held at the OMB office in Portland unless otherwise noted. All times are Pacific Standard Time.
Public Attendance and Comment: Meetings are open to the public with the exception of Executive Sessions, which are closed to the general public. If you are attending a meeting for a particular topic, please contact Board staff 24 hours prior to the meeting. This will help ensure that the Board or Committee does not take the topic out of order in the interest of time. Persons providing oral comments are asked to arrive by the designated time for Public Comment in the meeting notice. If no public parties are in attendance, the Board or Committee will continue on to the next agenda item.
Agenda Subject to Change: To assure that the Board and Committees make the best use of meeting time, agenda items may be reviewed out of order. Agenda is subject to change without additional notification. Notify the Board if you are attending for a particular topic.
Submitting Materials for Consideration: Persons submitting written materials or making presentations are asked to contact committee staff 48 hours prior to the meeting. The OMB respectfully requests that you submit 20 collated copies of written materials and an electronic copy of material provided to staff 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Reasonable Accommodation: The meeting site is fully accessible to people using wheelchairs or other mobility aids. Reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities are available upon request. Include a description of the accommodation you will need including as much detail as you can. Please also include a way we can contact you if we need more information. Make your request as early as possible; please allow at least five days’ advance notice. Last-minute requests will be accepted but may be impossible to fill.
