Bid and Award Information

An approved ODOT prequalification lasts for two years.  The application is under "Forms" below.

Complete Prequalification Applications must be received at ODOT's address shown on the prequalification application

at least 10 calendar days before the bid opening in which the applicant wishes to participate (per OAR 731-007-0530 (1)). 

If submitted by email, send a scanned completed application to:  ODOTProcurementOfficeConstruction@odot.oregon.gov. 

If your prequalification has been expired for more than six months or you have never been prequalified by ODOT,

you will need to submit three (3) reference forms per class of work when submitting your prequalification application.

If you are currently prequalified, please refer to the email designating your new expiration date.

New to OregonBuys? Supplier Registration Instructions

• Go to  OregonBuys.
  
• Click the Supplier Registration button.
  
• Complete the form for your company.
• Click on Register for it to be sent.

Verify that “Doing Work with ODOT" is checked.

• Log into your account as the Seller Administrator.
• Go to Maintain Organization Information
• Choose the Terms & Categories tab
• Under Categories & Certifications check Yes to “Do you currently, have you in the past, or do you plan to work with Oregon Department of Transportation or Department of Aviation?" (See example below.)

Save and Exit Button to apply the changes.
