Capability Assessment Program

The State Capability Assessment measures and evaluates the capabilities and resources emergency management partners have available to respond to threats and hazards in Oregon. The results of the assessment help inform the State Homeland Security Grant Program as well as identify which areas the State Training Program and State Exercise Program need to address training and exercise gaps. The capabilities that are assessed are determined by FEMA’s Core Capabilities List
