Healthcare Workforce Retention Toolkit

Retaining health care providers, particularly those who have received financial incentives to practice in under-served areas, can be a challenge for many clinics and communities. In 2012, with help from all of the partners in the Workforce Recruitment and Retention Partnership, the Primary Care Office developed the Healthcare Workforce Retention Toolkit to assist clinics with tips and valuable resources to increase their effectiveness in retaining their providers over time. These resources can still provide value to clinics and providers to support them in developing a retention plan.
