Laws and Rules Governing the Health Policy and Analytics Division

The laws governing the activities and scope of the Health Policy and Analytics Division (HPA) are defined in the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS). House Bill 2265 (2019 Law) added optometrists licensed under the Oregon Board of Optometry, to the list of "licensed health professionals" required to complete the pain management education program through the Pain Management Commission. This change is effective January 1, 2020.
