Make sure you get your renewal notices! ​​Please contact us if you need to update your information.

This is to make sure you get letters from ODHS and OHA once the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ends. When this happens, we may need to contact you about renewing your OHP, long-term care services and supports, or SNAP food benefits.

​OHP is changing its time and distance rules for traveling to providers. We need your feedback to make our rules better.

Starting with tax year 2019, OHA no longer mails these forms to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members at tax time. But if you still want a copy, you can ask for one.

"OHP Dental" benefits for COFA Dental and Veteran Dental program members:

If page 3 of your OHP coverage letter shows “OHP Dental” by your name:

  • You have OHP dental-only benefits.
  • These include cleanings, checkups and x-rays, fillings, tooth removal, emergency dental care, and some dentures. 

To start using your "OHP Dental" benefits:

​OHP Plus benefits for children and youth under age 21

OHP covers all services needed for children and youth's health and development. These services are called Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) benefits.

For children and youth under age 21 with full OHP (“OHP Plus"):

  • OHP covers any services needed to find or treat illness, injury, or other changes in health.
  • Starting January 1, 2023, may cover services OHP didn't cover before, based on the child's personal needs and medical history.

COVID-19 v​accines are free.

OHP and CWM members do not have to pay a visit fee or make a donation to get a COVID-19 vaccine or booster doses.

You can als​o get your flu vaccine at the same time.

OHP members can get both vaccines at the same visit, or different visits. CWM members must get the vaccines at the same time.
