Take our survey and help to make our Network Adequacy rules better
OHP is changing its time and distance rules for traveling to providers. We need your feedback to make our rules better.
Please watch our video to learn more and then take our survey. The survey closes on April 3, 2023.
You can also visit the Time and Distance Rules page to learn more about the proposed rule changes. (En Español)
Reminder: You don't need to have proof of coverage (Form 1095-B) to file your taxes.
Starting with tax year 2019, OHA no longer mails these forms to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members at tax time. But if you still want a copy, you can ask for one.
