The Model Handbook is a template that CCOs use to create member handbooks. CCO member handbooks have important information. Handbooks are like a user manual. They have instructions about how to use your OHP benefits. Handbooks also have tips about getting the most out of your care.
To make sure all members get the same facts, the model handbook has all the information CCOs must share in their handbooks. The model handbook tries to make sure language is easy to understand.
