Overview
This page lists the quarterly and annual reports to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) about Oregon's progress meeting the goals of the current Oregon Health Plan (OHP) 1115 Medicaid Demonstration. Reports may include the following terms:
- CCO – Coordinated care organization
- DY – Demonstration Year - The number of years the OHP 1115 demonstration has been in effect. For example, DY 16 is the 16th year (2017-2018).
- SEDS – Statistical Enrollment Data System - The system used to report enrollment data to CMS.
- SFY – State Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30; July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018 is SFY 18).
Reports are listed with the most recent report on top. Each report contains:
- An overview of the current reporting period which includes updates on enrollment progress, health information technology, and metrics development;
- Progress toward demonstration goals, which outlines improvement strategies to achieve the triple-aim of lower cost, better care, and better health; and
- Budget analysis and action plans for addressing any policy, administrative, or budget issues identified.
The annual report presents compiled quarterly data for the demonstration year and additional evaluation information.
