The purpose of Healthier Together Oregon is to advance health equity.

Healthier Together Oregon (HTO) identifies population-wide priorities and strategies for improving the health of people in Oregon. HTO serves as the basis for taking collective action on key health issues in Oregon.

HTO Funding Opportunities 

CLOSED: HTO Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Projects - Applications Due February 15, 2024! 

This opportunity provides funds for local partnerships to conduct projects for the community health improvement plan or community health assessment


HTO Core Community Health Worker Training opportunity 
The Healthier Together Oregon team is working in collaboration with Benton County Health Department to provide the Core Community Health Worker Training to up to 20 individuals. Our training covers 100% of your tuition fees. 
  • April: Applications open April 24, 2024
  • May: Application closes May 8 at 5:00 pm (15 days open)

Oregon PartnerSHIP

The Public Health Division convenes the PartnerSHIP to develop and oversee implementation of Healthier Together Oregon. The PartnerSHIP is made up of representatives of priority populations and implementers of the plan. As of spring 2021, the PartnerSHIP has been been reformed to support implementation.
