Every five years the Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division describes the health of our state through the State Health Assessment (SHA). The SHA provides a data-driven resource that describes Oregon's health related strengths as well as its leading health challenges. Learn about the process to develop the State Health Assessment.

The State Health Assessment and State Health Indicators inform the priorities for the 2020-2024 SHIP.
