Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Oregon Administrative Rules chapter 333, division 90 – “Healthy Homes Grant Program procedures for Nine Federally Recognized Tribes in Oregon."
Together these changes amend existing program rules to honor the government-to-government relationships between the State of Oregon and each of the Nine Federally Recognized Tribes in Oregon. Currently the Nine FederallyRecognized Tribes in Oregon would be required to apply for funding under the Healthy Homes Grant Program. Thesechanges remove that requirement.
