Heathy Homes Rules Advisory Committee (RAC)

House Bill 3506 (2025)

July 17, 2025, Governor Tina Kotek signed into law HB 3506 (2025), which added $3 million to the Healthy Homes Repair Fund to be used to support home repairs for seniors and individuals with disabilities. HHGP is planning for distribution of these funds and is recently facilitated a Rules Advisory Committee (RAC).

Public Comment for Rulemaking

You are invited to review and comment on the proposed rules. There are two (2) options

to provide comment:

1. You may provide oral (spoken) testimony during a public hearing scheduled for

Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time via video/phone conference

using Microsoft Teams. Please see all links and information in Memo listed above.

2. Written comments may be submitted before 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time on June 22,

2026:
