Healthy Homes Grant Program

The Healthy Homes Grant Program (HHGP) is excited to announce its Round 2 Funding opportunity focused on funding eligible entities to repair homes for Individuals with Disabilities and Older Adults opened June 29th and closes September 29th. HHGP is also excited to share that as of this summer, HHGP grantees have served over 1000 households and over 2000 residents. HHGP is proud of the hard work done by funded community partners across the state.

The Healthy Homes Grant Program (HHGP) is a grant program run by the Oregon Health Authority to fund organizations to repair homes for low-income Oregonians.

HHGP does not fund individuals who are in need of home repairs.

If you are an individual looking for support, you can try contacting any HHGP grant recipient (the ones that serve your area) directly but please note they may have waiting lists already.

Additional statewide services by county can be found here under “Find Help” and searching by county. 

If you receive Medicaid help with personal care needs such as bathing, meal preparation, or other similar activities, you may also qualify for help with making your home more accessible or certain home repairs. Please contact your case manager for details. If you do not receive assistance with care needs but are interested in seeing if you qualify, please call Aging and Disability Resource Connection at 855-673-2372.
