Work-related Fatalities

In 2024 alone, there were 5,070 fatal work injuries recorded in the United States. This means that a worker died every 104 minutes from a work-related injury.

Oregon Occupational Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation Program (OR-FACE)

OR-FACE is the program responsible for tracking work-related deaths in Oregon. This program is a partnership between OHA and the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). OR-FACE's website offers various resources, such as incident maps and safety booklets.
