Oregon MothersCare provides prenatal assessments at no charge to help women begin the path to prenatal care.
Oregon MothersCare Services
- Prenatal needs assessment appointment at no charge: site coordinators provide coordination with pregnancy testing, prenatal care, OHP assistance, referrals and education resources
- Client support for access to prenatal services
- Follow-up on SafeNet and local referrals; assure links to local systems; advocacy and support
- Streamlined intake and/or referral to clinical prenatal care access including pregnancy testing, unbiased options counseling, OHP application assistance, dental care and first prenatal care appointment
- Initial needs assessment and referral for maternity case management/home visiting services, WIC and other prenatal services as needed
