ALERT IIS Enrollment and Training for Schools and Child Care


In order to access and use the ALERT IIS system, schools and child care programs must first register. To enroll in ALERT IIS as a school or child care program, complete the following:

  1. Complete the Schools/Child Care Facility Site Agreement form.
  2. Read the Confidentiality Policy (every ALERT user must read this document).
  3. Each individual user who will be utilizing ALERT IIS must read and sign the School Individual User Agreement, watch a training video, and print the certificate at the end of the video.
  4. Send the above forms to the ALERT IIS Help Desk.

This training is designed for school staff and staff that work in child care centers, preschools and head start programs. The topics covered include how to login and search for a child's record, how to create lists of students and reports.
