2022-2027 Medicaid 1115 Waiver Application

Final Application

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) submitted the final application for the 2022-2027 Oregon Health Plan (OHP) 1115 demonstration in February 2022. The Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) must approve the application for OHA to make changes to OHP as reflected in the application.

Draft Application and Public Comment

OHA developed the draft application with proposals for changes to OHP as part of our effort to advance health equity. OHA invited the public to submit written and verbal comments on the draft application from Dec. 7, 2021, through Jan. 7, 2022.
